Atriaward Spain grew from our own experiences of buying, building and living in Spain. We know how exciting the journey can be, but also how quickly questions and unexpected details appear. Our role is to give buyers clear explanations, honest observations and practical support from the first conversation onwards.

Meet Mark & Debs
We are not here to pretend we know everything. We use our first-hand experience, local relationships and willingness to ask the right questions to help buyers make informed decisions.
Mark
Mark bought and built a villa in the Pinoso area and lived in Spain. His completed home was later used as a show villa, where he found himself explaining the build process and answering other buyers’ practical questions. That experience helped shape Atriaward Spain.
Debs
Debs bought a resale property in Spain and understands the different questions that come with an existing home, including costs, practical work and settling into everyday life. She brings a grounded, organised and honest approach to supporting buyers.
